– The order of the concerned department in the following column may be punished as follows: (a) Violation of section 5 If the business is carried out without registering any partnership, each partner will be fined Rs. 50/” fine up to fifty rupees, (b) If it is found that false information has been written in the application according to section 6, each partner of the registered firm shall be fined Rs. 100/- up to one hundred, (c) The firm that does not give the notice as per Section 10 will be fined Rs. 100/- up to one hundred, (d) In case of dismissal of section 11, each partner shall be entitled to Rs. 50/- a fine of up to fifty rupees. 42 Appealing: - A person who is not satisfied with the punishment imposed by the concerned department as per clauses of section 41 can appeal to the High Court against the concerned department within thirty-five days of receiving the notification that it has been done.
